Maybe it's designing so many schools and colleges, or maybe it's the energy of our staff. We like to tell people we're a big firm with the service of a small firm. This is achieved by being organized in teams according to project. Each new client will be assigned a team who will stay on that project to completion (and sometimes beyond!).
