Pao has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of architecture and is a registered architect in New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Pao earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree at Tunghai University in Taiwan and continued on to pursue a Master of Architecture in Urban Design at Harvard University, Graduate School of Design. Pao maintains professional affiliations with the American Institute of Architects, the Boston Society of Architects, and the Construction Specification Institute. During his time at DRA, Pao has been involved with over thirty primary and secondary school projects amounting to more than two million square feet of design and construction. Prior to working at DRA, Pao participated in the planning and design phases of projects at Harvard University, Dartmouth College and Syracuse University. Pao's responsibilities include overseeing company operations, production management, project management, project staffing and specification research, writing and supervision.
