DRA's addition/renovation to 343 Congress Street represents one of the first projects in Boston's Seaport District. The building contains class "A" office space on levels two through five and retail space with parking for forty-seven cars on level one. A goal of the project was to restore the original masonry building while bringing new life and vitality to the street and district. A 20,000 sf fifth level was added to the original four-story structure. The core and shell renovation includes three new elevators, new stairs, a new entrance with a canopy, and a new lobby.
