Lynn Vocational Technical Institute

The project involved renovation to Lynn Vocational Technical Institute (LVTI) as well as renovation of a 125,000 SF neighboring industrial building converting it for educational and retail use as an annex to LVTI. The annex features a two-story mall that provides public access to several retail-oriented vocational programs such as cosmetology, banking, general merchandising and culinary arts. The building also houses a satellite library, cafeteria and additional administrative offices. Renovations to the existing LVTI provided for new program areas including healthcare, electronics, computer technology and environmental studies.
